Honest scoping
We tell you what's worth doing — and what isn't. If a project doesn't pay for itself in twelve months, we'll say so before you sign anything.
Surdic IT is the partner companies bring in when off-the-shelf software runs out of road. We design, build, and operate the systems that quietly keep the back office running.
Companies don't usually plateau because they ran out of ideas. They plateau because their tooling can't carry the next ten million in revenue without breaking, and the team is too busy fighting fires to fix the foundation.
We were that team for years — building bespoke software inside scaling companies, watching the same patterns play out. So we built Surdic IT to do that work as a partner: bring senior engineering in for the months it takes to fix the foundation, then quietly hand it back better than we found it.
Today we operate as the embedded engineering team for a small handful of operators who care about doing things right. No retainers we don't earn, no junior staffing on senior problems, no roadmaps written in conference rooms.

Postgres, TypeScript, well-understood frameworks. We pick sharp tools where they help, but we don't ship resume-driven architecture.
Every change ships behind a flag, every release is rollback-able, every system has a runbook. We don't paint ourselves — or you — into a corner.
We document, transfer ownership, and stay only as long as you need us. Engagements end cleanly — and we're proud of that.
Send a few sentences about your operations. We come back within 24 hours with either a clear next step — or an honest "this isn't us".
